What’s the Solution

By Ela Mukosiej⎪November 17, 2023

This article is a continuation to the previous one called “The Purpose of the Police” and serves as an answer to a question from one of the Difrent subscribers, who asks:

“[A]lthough I understand your point well, what is the solution? Because clearly Minneapolis is an example of what happens with the “defund the police” movement… Violent crime has increased exponentially, and police don’t want to get involved (I don’t blame them). Why risk their own lives and the livelihood of their families when people are not supporting them and they clearly can end up in prison for doing their job? Crime is spreading from Minneapolis into first-ring suburbs causing real estate prices to plummet, and people to feel no safety. So what is the answer? Who are people going to call when they are in trouble?”

This is a great question that provides an opportunity to shed light on the real, hidden issues and what can be done to fix them. I could probably write a whole series of articles on this subject alone as it’s so complex, thus, even though this piece is quite lengthy, know that I’m only scratching the surface.

In the context of what you’re going to learn in here, I highly recommend you go over an essay called “Confession Of A Former Bastard Cop” written by Officer A. Cab (pseudonym). The author shares insights on police training and gives possible solutions to the ‘problem.’ I do not agree with 100% of his conclusions, but it’s an eye-opening report that people in this country should read.

Before I begin, I need to preface with a notice that my answers might ruffle some feathers. So, buckle up and keep an open mind with personal feeling and prejudices aside. Logic, common sense, and knowledge is required to grasp the objective truth regarding this topic.

There is no formula to immediately eradicate violence and criminality as their source has been incrementally strengthened over time. However, I strongly believe that the following steps can be taken right now to help us in creating a safer and freer society.

Step #1 - Shifting The Old Paradigm
The current state of our collective consciousness is limited to that which we were programmed to believe. The Nature vs Nurture debate has long been settled - our nature isn’t that we are good or bad from birth, but simply formable. Please understand that before reading further, because it’s crucial to the subject matter.

As a human family, we hold an old and false, yet powerful belief that there are people of authority or government (masters) who have the right to rule over their subjects/citizens/ dependents (slaves). *** I explained this concept in “The Rule of Zero” article. ***

If I’d ask you: “Do you believe a mafia (or your neighbor, or me) has the right to dictate how you live your life?” Your answer would be: “No, absolutely not.” But if I’d ask you if the government is morally justified to rule over the population by creating all kinds of restrictions (in the name of your safety and the greater good, of course), you would most likely say: “Well, we chose them. That’s the law. That’s our system, so I guess, yeah.”

And that, my dear friend, is a flawed thinking for two reasons.

First, to believe that a government may create a right for themselves (i.e. prohibition, licensing, taxation, etc…) that you as an individual do not posses is fundamentally wrong. Such an erroneous concept has been deeply rooted in the collective psyche and has led our society to where we are today.

Second, to believe that the current government is legitimate and necessary hides important facts that it is not designed to keep us free, safe, and happy and that its structure, agencies, and operations are immoral and foreign to the American origins and principles. (I’ll expand on it in further steps.)

Our collective perspective has to shift exponentially if we are to even see the possibility of real solution, let alone manifest it in the aggregate. Because right now the human mentality is trapped in a state of cognitive dissonance, believing that having a free and safe society requires an outside authority with superior rights. Madness.

Step #2 - Recognizing and Removing Causality
Police brutality and violent crimes are not the problem. These are the symptoms produced by the satanic* system, which teaches that the best protection against violence is to have an external control over people instead of empowering young children and adults likewise with the knowledge of objective Morality and Natural Law. (*Satanic - inversion of Natural Law and objective Morality)

Our society has been trained and even hypnotized (via TV, video games, mainstream media, religions, academia, sports, etc.) to behave in a certain way. This truth applies to civilians and even more so to officers in uniforms. If you do not think the mind-control is real, research the MKUltra or Operation Mockingbird or read the book called Mass Control: Engineering Human Consciousness by Jim Keith.

Police officers are trained to follow orders. They often say: “I don’t write laws, I only enforce them.” In general, cops aren’t sufficiently educated in neither statutory law nor Constitutional (Land) Law, not to mention Natural Law. Which is problematic to say the least, don’t you think? Because how can someone be called a “law enforcement” if they do not have the proper knowledge to do so?

To become a cop one has to go through 4 stages in the academy: isolation, conformity, indoctrination through repetition, emotional and physical trauma. Ironically, these are also the techniques that cult leaders use to initiate their members. Please read an essay by Officer A. Cab to understand what kind of ‘brain-washing’ officers go through as trainees before you disagree that it is mind-control employed to perpetuate the system of tyranny and covert slavery.

Then, on the other hand, we have common criminals who are programmed by the same system only through different means, let it be homelessness, poverty, domestic violence, extreme stress to make ends meet, traumas, abandonment, and many other reasons. All of which ultimately is a lack of love and proper nurture that includes honest education based on esoteric knowledge and morality.

These are important factors that shape one’s character and behavior. The current system created police brutality and violence, therefore it can’t provide the solution, no matter how many reforms and reorganizations it goes through. It’s built on fraud and immoral principles. The general public needs to recognize it before it’s too late to do anything about it.

Step #3 - Abandoning The Proxy-Parent of a System
Another aspect that you need to examine, is the fact that our current system creates “emotionally immature adults.” In general, people rely on the government and its never-ending services. They expect the state to do things for them and blame it when their needs aren’t met.

“Why didn’t the police come to save me?” or “Who am I suppose to call for help?”
Well, for once, cops almost always show up after the fact to take a statement. And twice, even the Supreme Court of the United States explained that “a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen.” (Warren v. District of Columbia, 444 A.2d 1, D.C. Ct. of Ap. 1981)

So why insisting on something that isn’t working nor was it design to work?
Instead, one should be asking: “Why wasn’t I trained to stand up for myself?”

An average American is not educated about his/her most fundamental rights to self-governance and self-defense because it threatens the very existence of the system, which depends on the public being ignorant and naive. I am alluding to the 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms, which doesn’t give us such a right, but serves as a written guarantee that the United States government can never be allowed to even interfere with our Natural Right to self defense with arms.

Then, the next logical question should be: “How come the law enforcement has the right to bear arms but ordinary people do not?” Two-fold answer: for the same reason as it’s mentioned in the previous paragraph and because this government that we all are so accustomed to, is foreign to America and its of, for, and by the people [self] government. Let this sink in.

What you see in Washington, DC are British and Papist subcontractors to the original American Government (The Union, 1776, The Federation, 1776, and The Confederation, 1781) and were created by two separate constitutions: British Territorial, called The Constitution of The United States of America (1789) and Municipal, called The Constitution of the United States (1790). These foreign, incorporated organizations took reins under false pretenses right after the mercenary conflict known as the Civil War and have nothing to do with American concept of freedom. That’s why you hear politicians and ‘talking heads’ constantly defending Democracy (mob rule system) and never advocating for the Republican form of government based on Natural Rights that the Founding Fathers put in place.

We are grossly uneducated in terms of American history and American government, which are separate from US history and US government. Unfortunately (accidentally on purpose), this crucial knowledge is not taught in public schools…

But going back to the heart of the problem… The current system raises “emotionally immature adults” who are afraid of the responsibility to self-defense and the consequences it carries. The government gladly steps in as a “proxy-parent” to protect or rather provide an illusion of protection for their dependents. The very belief that this is OK is a recipe for tyranny and slavery.

Majority of people in the police recognize the immoral character of their job and some change careers, but many do not because of fear of consequences. They might think: ‘I won’t be able to support myself and my family’ or ‘I’m not good at anything else’ or something in those lines. I myself was in a similar situation and am guilty of not standing up to immorality when it was required. In my last year as a college basketball coach, I witnessed and personally experienced medical coercion on daily basis and haven’t objected to it due to fear of losing my job, but mainly because of lack of knowledge. Had I known what I know now about individual rights and law, I would have handled that situation with courage.

I say this because I want you to understand that there is no solution to eradicate violence and brutality in the aggregate, if we are not willing to discern Right from Wrong and object to evil as individuals. Only through aligning our beliefs and behaviors with objective Morality can lead us to Emotional Maturity. Because true maturity means taking responsibility for all areas of our lives, but especially when it comes to self-defense. It’s too important and, to be frank, too careless to have it delegated to someone else.

Step #4 - Restoring the Original American Freedom
What the Founding Fathers envisioned for us to maintain was opposite to what we have now. They would see our current condition as tyranny and slavery - as it is, albeit well hidden and decorated with lofty words and privileges.

In America we are supposed to have:

  • Peace Officers not the POLICE - these are two different groups operating in two separate jurisdictions and using two distinct laws;

  • Sheriffs of unincorporated counties not SHERIFFS working for incorporated COUNTIES (corporations) - two different jurisdictions and laws;

  • Well regulated Militia* - a body of people trained in self-defense with arms not officers, Congress, President, or Judiciary. The authors of the organic Constitution (1787) and the Bill of Rights described the “well regulated Militia” as the only element of society that is “necessary” to secure freedoms in all areas of life; *** The word “Militia” comes from Hebrew and means “people”)
    “To disarm the people is the best way to enslave them.”
    - George Mason

  • Well educated countrymen (civilians) who know their history, rights, and responsibilities, especially when it comes to running the people’s government.

After signing the founding documents in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Powell asked Benjamin Frankly: “What form of government have we got, a monarchy or a republic?” To which Franklin replied: “A republic, Madame, if you can keep it.”

The Founding Fathers secured people’s Freedom knowing that it lies in the hands of individual men and women for to give up that responsibility is to succumb to tyranny and slavery.

This might sound as a huge surprise, but since 1998 The Federation of the States of the Union dba The United States of America (unincorporated) has been actively working behind the screen in the international jurisdiction to fully reconstruct our De Jure country of self-governance and recoup all the assets and credits belonging to Americans.

Obviously, this final effort to restore original American Freedom cannot be truly achieved without the first three steps - because it’s the though energy that holds the current reality together. We have to heal our collective psyche from erroneous beliefs in order to create a loving and moral system rooted in two aspects of Natural Law: the non-aggression principle and self-defense principle.

So, I say, let’s grow up and do what needs to be done without expecting the current satanic system to come to rescue. No one is coming. It’s up to us to Return America to the Dreams upon which She was founded.

Summary
The real issues in the aggregate:

  • Erroneous belief in legitimacy and necessity of outside authority with greater rights;

  • Satanic system that programs the population with false beliefs in order to divide people and elicit immoral behavior;

  • Culture of government dependency and fear of responsibility to self-defense;

  • Lack of knowledge and understanding of the Natural Law and actual American system of self-governance.

How to fix them:

  • Shifting perception from the current hierarchical establishment (control - based on fear) to the original “bottom-up” American form of government (freedom - based on love) that we are heirs to;

  • Elevating objective Morality within our society through honest education and care;

  • Taking self-responsibility for all areas of our lives, especially our own safety through proper training;

  • Learning about and reconstructing the lawful of, for, and by the people self-government in alignment with the Natural Law and objective Morality.

Now, am I saying that if we manage to rebuild free and virtuous America, we won’t have crimes? No, not during initial stages at least. But eventually, when the human family graduates from basic to advanced consciousness, yes, I truly believe so. Because I believe in the divinity of our Spirit and I hope you do too.
